Let me build you a system that handles the confirmations, reminders, payments, intake and rebooking, so nonbillable work stops landing in your evenings.
Fixed price ·Built on what you already use ·No subscription ·Yours to keep
You didn't start a practice to chase paperwork.
Maybe you do all of it by hand. You write the confirmation fresh each time, because the template only ever gets you halfway. Then the reminder. Then the intake (and the intake reminder), and the payment you're fairly sure came through.
Or maybe you have software, and it covers about half. It sends the confirmation but can't hold your actual scheduling. It takes cards but not the Venmo and cash most of your clients use, so the ledger is still a spreadsheet you update on Sundays. And it has no idea that the client who came every three weeks hasn't booked since July.
Either way, the leftovers are yours. They aren't billable and they aren't on your calendar, so they land in the gaps: nights and weekends.
This isn't a sign you've done anything wrong. You built a way of working that fits your practice, and nothing off the shelf is up for the task. But the leftovers don't ease up when you get busier. There are just more clients to confirm, invoice, and remember.
· what it can do ·
When you book someone, the system takes it from there.
Confirmation.
An email in your voice and visual style, with your terms stated plainly. Sent from your own address, so replies land in your inbox rather than inside a platform.
Reminders and intake.
A note before the session with a short intake form, so what you need to know arrives right before you need it. Responses land in that client's notes doc, timestamped.
Cancellations.
Clients can reschedule themselves, and the opening appears immediately. Or they write to you and you make the change. Whichever you prefer, nobody has to be chased.
Payments.
Every appointment logged in your ledger. Invoices and receipts sent when you're ready, with your payment details already in them.
Rebooking.
Regulars who have drifted get a quiet note offering their usual time. They can reply to you or book it themselves. You decide which.
One place to look.
One sheet: who's booked, who has paid, what needs attention, and your hours for the week.
· why it works ·
I build just for you.
Every practice runs differently. Maybe you like to be the one to book, and don't want to hand your calendar over to clients. Maybe you have a particular intake procedure, or your own way of nudging repeat clients. Don't give up your quirks because your system can't hold them. What we build isn't software based on my best guesses about a hypothetical practice. It's built around yours, starting with an honest look at your nonbillable hours.
& you tell me which way in.

Keep Your Systems
If you have a booking tool, email system, or other software that you like well enough, you may still need to reduce the glue work that falls to you. In many cases, I can work with your existing systems to add automation and reduce admin time so you can get back to the good stuff.

Build From Scratch
When you'd like to start fresh with something built around how you actually work, I can take you through the whole process at a pace that meets your needs. This can include consultation on business decisions involving pricing, packaging, payment, or policies.
· not sure which fits? we'll sort that out on our intake call ·

The build.
We meet on a schedule we agree on. You see it working early, not at the end. Nothing goes live until you've watched it run.

Go live, and 30 days open.
I hand over the finished system plus documentation and training. For 30 days after, you email me questions and get real answers.

And then what? That's the real question.
Nearly every practitioner I talk to has something waiting: a modality they trained in and never launched, a partnership, a retail idea, an event they haven't had room to try. Sometimes it isn't business at all, just a longstanding wish for more time in a creative practice of their own.
It's almost never a lack of interest. Starting anything needs a few uninterrupted hours, and yours are already spoken for by work nobody pays you for.
The hours are the point. The system is just how you get them back.

Pricing, plainly.
One fixed price, quoted before anything starts. Most builds land between $2,000 and $5,000, depending on complexity and scope.
Generally I bill half at the start, half at delivery. If another schedule works better for your practice, tell me and we'll set it up. I never charge interest for payment plans.
I price against what the work is worth to your practice, not against hours at a desk. So before you decide anything, we'll put real numbers to it together: what the nonbillable work is costing you now, and what it would take to hand it off.
Want a head start on your half of that math? The Invisible Work Drain is a free worksheet that maps where your nonbillable hours actually go.
What happens after.
You own it. Everything runs in your accounts, under your login, with documentation written for you rather than for a developer. If we stopped working together tomorrow, it keeps running and you can change it.
For the first 30 days after go live, I'm on hand for anything: questions, adjustments, second thoughts.
After that the line is simple. If something I built stops doing what it's supposed to do, I fix it and you don't pay for that. If you want it to do something new, that's $100 an hour. Because no one needs another subscription in their life, and I won't charge you monthly for something you already paid to own.
· What People Say ·
“Liz took a project off of my plate that I had been avoiding for years and designed something beautiful and useful. Even better, the project felt seamless as she easily intuited what I wanted, expanded upon it, and executed it concisely and with clarity.”
