I send back a proposal: what we're solving, the deliverables, the fixed fee, the timeline, and what I'll need from you. You read it. Ask anything.

The work

We meet on an agreed upon schedule. Between meetings I make progress and ask focused questions. You see drafts early, not just at the end.

Handoff & 30-day window

I deliver the final work plus everything you need to maintain it yourself. For 30 days after delivery, I'm ready to support whenever you email me with questions.

I quote the whole project up front. If the work expands, we discuss it as a new conversation.

I will show you everything as we go to ensure it's a collaborative process and there are no surprises.

A 30-day question window.

After delivery, you have 30 days to email questions and get real answers. It's part of the work, not a future bill.
